RefundsWe guarantee that the item is as described and ordered and, if returned with authorization within 30 days, we'll make a full refund. We are always willing to discuss any problems that may arise for the client. We describe thoroughly and traditionally, with many years experience, and returns are, for this reason, exceedingly rare. All goods are carefully inspected prior to shipping and you will be advised of any issues before we mail.
Shipping
We do not do third party, uninvoiced dropshipping for other book dealers.
Flat-Rate Priority Domestic Shipping requires all books to fit in the USPS provided envelope. If the item is unable to fit in the envelope, it is shipped at the price quoted for oversized.
Flat-Rate Priority International uses the same USPS envelope and additionally has a 4 lb weight limit.
Shipping times quoted reflect customary times. Media Mail can take as long as 3 weeks. International Priority Mail must go through Customs and can take as long as 3+ weeks. If you need time-certain, fast shipping, either use Domestic Priority Mail or contact us.
