Gilbert A.C. Gilbert Toy Tips, December 1921 New Haven The Gilbert Engineering Institute For Boys 1921 1st Edition Pamphlet Very Good- No Jacket Book This pamphlet is done in a kind of heavyish newsprint, no foxing (tan splotching) and minimal edge wear and spine wear. It was stored folded in 4ths, now flat in acid free sleeve, it is the approx 10"x7" version, saddle stitch, ie 2 staples holding spine. 16 pages. front cover is "Christmas Number" "Modern Electrical Inventions" by George D. White. Handsomely done. Article re "A working model of an aerolpane" appears on 2nd page. In leafing ever so gently thru it I noted some trace of wear thru at spine where formerly folded. It may be difficult to shoot due to former folding but will do what I can. Price:

Gilbert, A.C. Gilbert Toy Tips, October 1921 New Haven The Gilbert Engineering Institute For Boys 1921 1st Edition Pamphlet Fair- No Jacket Book This newsprint like item is @ 10"x7", and quite rough, though it's content strikes me as especially worthwhile. Apparently stored air tight and now in acid free sleeve. This said, the spine of the first 2 pages is abrasioned thru and all edges are worn. Some notable wear is evident at the center crease (it was stored folded, now stored flat) as well. The front page story is Gilbert's writing "Radium the greatest thing in the world." 3rd page shows various 'Erector' models done by boys. 14th page has erector done Eiffel Tower, Battleship, Tractor etc. 16 pages total. *We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately. Books listed by Brass Dolphin are so described, and graded, using the strict, traditional standards. For this reason, we have virtually zero returns.* Price:
