NY Hawthorn Books 1958 1st Edition Stated Hardcover Very Good- Fair- Book
The first listed title is sold with 3 other hardcover design/architecture titles as a group with one book priced domestic media mail shipping. Information above is for House Beautiful Treasury of CAH. Books opening section deals with various Frank Lloyd Wright houses. The previous owner has rubber stamped his name top first endsheet and text top edge. Book has much of the typical wear that might be expected, board tip abrasion and some bumping. Text decent if not perfect, binding good but not tight. Jacket (priced) is chipped, badly worn, tears, will be placed in new mylar wrapper and should add to the book. NOTE in jacketing the book I saw a spine bottom abrasion, almost a small exterior tear, that I had not noted previously. I will shoot the group and add it to the listing shortly. Brief descriptions of the 3 other hardcovers follow. Erica Brown, Interior Views, Viking NY 1980. Jeremy Robinson, Affordable Houses Designed By Architects, Architectural Record 1979. Terence Conran, New House Book, Villard, NY 1985. Some have the previous architect/owners stamp. The Robinson's jacket is a trifle rough, some chipping. All will be in new mylar wrappers.
