Book has slightly bumped and frayed lower corners, name penned on FEP; pages clean, binding secure. Jacket has scuffing and a little wrinkling to edges, no tears. Reckoning is handsome jacketed copy with some excess glue from bindery process showing at topedge spine, clean straight copy. 3rd is xlibrary roughish copy of Fur Person, with very decent jacket.*We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately. This listing is for 2 hardcovers by/about Sarton sold as a pair at the listed price with one book priced shipping. The information above and immediately following is for the CSSV. Ex-library with pockets and marks 1st endsheet and texts topedge, this said, the hard cover is clean and solid. Tape residue on cloth boards. The jacket was well protected in it's mylar wrapper, having some wear, the odd short tear, and a small darkening at spines bottom. Should look outstanding in its new mylar wrapper. The other hard cover, Usual Days, (not ex-library) is fresh and bright, newish jacket.
